RINGGOLD, Ga. (June 27) — Anthony White of Clinton, Tenn., overtook Stacy Boles on the 23rd of 40 laps to earn $3,000 in the first-ever Advance Auto Parts Thunder Series visit to Boyd's Speedway. White, the last of four leaders, crossed the finish line ahead of Boles while Rick Rogers of Knoxville, Tenn. was third. Consolation winner Randy Weaver of Crossville, Tenn., and Robert Gant of Flat Rock, Ala., rounded out the top five. Polesitter Dale McDowell led six laps before mechanical problems forced him off the track. Boles inherited the lead, but he lost it on the 15th lap to Tommy Kerr, who promptly spun. Boles was back out front on lap 16, but White took command seven laps later and raced to victory. | Slideshow
