What won the race: Third-starting Gregg Satterlee of Indiana, Pa., overtook Kenny Pettyjohn of Millsboro, Del., on the 23rd lap to earn $4,000 and his sixth career Three State Flyers victory in the opening event of a Memorial Day weekend tripleheader for the series. Satterlee stretched his lead over the final stages of the 35-lap in running away from the runner-up Pettyjohn and third-finishing Andy Haus, who led the first three laps and ran second until lap 16.

Key notes: Satterlee won his first Bedford feature; 131 Late Model drivers have won main events at the half-mile oval. ... Three cautions slowed the action from laps 5-9; the most serious yellow appeared on lap 16 when Tim Wilson and Chad Hollenbeck got tangled up in turn four. ...
