What won the race: Winning the Delaware State Dirt Track Championship for the first time, polesitter Austin Hubbard of Seaford, Del., returned to the track for a $7,885 payday at Delaware International Speedway. Hubbard was back in action for the first time since breaking an ankle and suffering other injuries in a July passenger-vehicle accident.
Quotable: “I’ve led 49 laps a couple of times and 48 laps once,” the 24-year-old Hubbard said. “It is really great to finally win this one.”

Last year's winner Ricky Elliott started outside the front row but retired with eight laps remaining. ... Donald Lingo Jr. and Robbie Emory tangled for a lap-14 caution; Emory recovered to finish fifth. ... Kerry King Jr. spun for another caution. ...
