What won the race: Second-starting Jake Redetzke of Eau Claire, Wis., fought off fellow front-runners Brady Smith of Solon Springs, Wis., and John Kaanta of Elk Mound, Wis., for a $3,000 victory to open Hibbing's two-race Labor Day Shootout.
Key notes: Saturday's race was the first of two $3,000-to-win Late Model specials during Hibbing Raceway's Labor Day weekend. ...
