Commonwealth Cup opening night rained out

CALVERT CITY, Ky. (Oct. 26) — Friday's opening night of the Commonwealth Cup weekend at Kentucky Lake Motor Speedway has been rained out, according to the track website, but the track still plans to run Saturday night's event. Unsanctioned Super Late Models are scheduled to run for a $10,000 winner's purse on Saturday night at the 3/8-mile western Kentucky track.
Also scheduled for Saturday night is a $2,000-to-win modified feature and a $1,000-to-win Crate Late Model feature (under Crate American Racing Series rules).
