Dillon Brown shows off his five-figure paycheck at Beckley.
What won the race: Dillon Brown of Gaffney, S.C., led all 75 laps at Beckley Motorsports Park on Saturday night, winning the American All-Star Series presented by PPM Crate Late Model Back the Blue 75 and earning $10,000. It was the richest victory of his career.
Key notes: Making a rare Crate Late Model start after dominating the track's recent SLM events, Zack Dohm of Cross Lanes, W.Va., drove his family-owned machine to a runner-up finish, 1.207 seconds behind Brown. ... After winning the tour's visit to Beckley last year, Michael Bland finished third. ... Hometown driver and 2019 event winner Henry Hornsby III finished seventh. ... Polesitter Carson Ferguson, winner of the tour's event at Princeton Speedway on Friday, only completed 29 laps and finished 20th. ... Saturday's feature, the first of two planned visits to Beckley Motorsports Park this season and second leg of the tour’s weekend doubleheader in West Virginia, was slowed by three separate incidents and lasted 34 minutes with 13 competitors completing all 75 laps. ... A delay during the racing due to a problem with the track lights contributed to the headline feature starting well after 1 a.m.
Winner's sponsors: Brown’s Longhorn Race Car was powered by a Hendren Racing Engine and carries sponsorship from Cherokee Landscaping, Performance Automotive, Pro Fab Headers, Renegade Race Fuel, Wray’s Wraps, FK and Sri.
Points chase: Entering the West Virginia doubleheader, Logan Roberson of Waynesboro, Va., had 828 points to lead Zach Sise (792 points) and Trevor Sise (786).

Polesitter: Carson Ferguson
Dash winner: Carson Ferguson
Heat race winners: Zack Dohm, Zach Sise, T.J. Salango, Kyle Hardy
