What won the race: After falling back to sixth in the opening laps, fourth-starting Billy Moyer of Batesville, Ark., quickly rallied forward to take the lead from polesitter Tony Jackson Jr. of Lebanon, Mo., on the 16th lap and held it for the remainder of the 40-lapper for a $5,000 MARS DIRTcar Series victory.
Key notes: Moyer's margin of victory over second-finishing Brandon Sheppard of New Berlin, Ill., was 1.775 seconds. ... Randy Korte of Highland, Ill., a winner Friday at nearby Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Ill., climbed from seventh to round out the podium. ... Jackson faded over the second half of the race and finished fifth. ... Moyer lapped up to sixth place while recording his 13th victory of 2014. ... Ryan Gustin of Marshalltown, Iowa, scratched for the evening after discovering mechanical issues prior to qualifying.
On the move: Seventh-row starter Bobby Pierce of Oakwood, Ill., came forward to finish fourth.
