Nowell leads all the way for $2,000 victory at Dixie

WOODSTOCK, Ga. (July 28) — Terrance Nowell of Phenix City, Ala., led all the way at Dixie Speedway for his first career victory on the Carl Black Top Tracks Challenge Series. Nowell earned $2,000 for taking the checkered flag ahead of eighth-starting Jerry Fowler in a caution-plagued event. Tenth-starting Rodney Martin, series points leader Todd Morrow and Brian Burke rounded out the top five. Among the most serious wrecks drawing cautions was Chuck Padgett's lost right rear tire that was hit by Brian Jackson on the 14th lap.
