NORTH VERNON, Ind. (Sept. 4) — Hometown Mark Barber won Saturday at Twin Cities Raceway Park for his second Indiana Late Model Series victory of the season. He earned $600 for the Crate Late Model special. Shannon Reed of Columbus, Ind., was second followed by Zak Blackwood, Steve Godsey and Edgar Godsey.
