Wines grabs DAA victory at Willamette
LEBANON, Ore. (July 9) — Fourth-starting Jason Wines of Lebanon, grabbed the lead on the fourth lap and led the rest of the way Saturday at Willamette Speedway, lapping all but four DAA Extreme Dirt Car Series competitors in the 19-car field.
Joey Tanner of Portland, Ore., finished second in the Crate Late Model special more than nine seconds behind at the checkers while Billy Workman Jr., Jimmy Schram and Terry Ferrando rounded out the top five. Polesitter Steve Moore was one lap down in sixth.
