Gill earns $5,000 for Great Crate Race victory
BRIGHTON, Ontario (Sept. 17) — Eighth-starting Lee Gill of LaFargeville, N.Y., earned $5,000 Saturday at Brighton Speedway for capturing the McDougal Insurance & Financial-sponsored Great Crate Race.

A.J. Kingsley of Fulton, N.Y., was third, advancing from his fifth-row starting spot, while Picton, Ontario, drivers Corey Earl (starting 11th) and Andrew Hennesseey (starting 13th) rounded out the top five.
