Blair dominates at Sharon, earns $2,000
HARTFORD, Ohio (July 20) — Max Blair of Centerville, Pa., led all 30 laps Saturday at Sharon Speedway for a $2,000 victory on the Sweeney Chevrolet-Buick-GMC RUSH Dirt Late Model Series.
Blair joined runner-up Mike Pegher Jr. of Wexford, Pa., as the only repeat winner on the Crate Late Model Series as he also picked up $1,000 as the Cross the Borders Speedweek champ. Fast qualifier Will Thomas III, Dan Angelicchio and Eric Wilson rounded out the top five.
