Birkhofer collects $10,000 at West Liberty

From track reportsWEST LIBERTY, Iowa (Aug. 4) — Brian Birkhofer of Muscatine, Iowa, dominated the unsanctioned Tornado Tuesday event at West Liberty Raceway for a $10,000 victory. Billy Moyer of Batesville, Ark., was second with Chad Simpson of Mount Vernon, Iowa, in third.
