DODGE CITY, Kan. (May 8) — Eddie Kirchoff of Gillette, Wyo., completed his sweep of Dodge City Raceway Park's Six Shooter Showdown with a Saturday night victory worth $1,500. The victory gave him earnings of more than $2,700 on the weekend co-sanctioned by the Midwest DIRTcar Late Model Series and Colorado Late Model Association DIRTcar Series.

Kirchoff started 12th but made quick work of the field in getting to the front as he outran fellow Wyoming driver Jason Schlierkolk of Casper for the victory. Delbert Smith of Wichita, Kan., was third followed by Scott Lewis of Arvada, Colo., and polesitter David Brack of Great Bend, Kan.
