Roberts races to $2,000 victory at Winston

ROTHBURY, Mich. (Sept. 17) — Curtis Roberts of Coleman, Mich., sped to victory Friday at Winston Speedway for his second Sunoco American Late Model Series triumph of the season. Roberts earned $2,000 in the makeup for an Augl 20 rainout.
Curt Spalding of Hartford, Mich., finished second followed by Brian Ruhlman of Clarklake, Mich. Rich Neiser of Fruitport, Mich., and Dusty Moore of Swanton, Ohio, rounded out the top five.
In a non-series feature run later Friday night as part of Winston's Throw 'N Dirt Shootout, Moore races to victory over Nieser and Spalding.
