Rookie Bellamy grabs first victory at Nevada

NEVADA, Mo. (June 14) —Series rookie Jeremy Bellamy led all 25 laps at Nevada Speedway for his first series victory. Former series champion Ken Essary was second followed by Burl Woods, Don Cloyd and Leslie Essary.
Notes: Kevin Patrick and Shane Essary got together in turns three and four to draw the first caution before a lap was completed. ... Shane Essary was involved in the second caution, too, spinning with Zach Simmons in turn three. ... Kevin Henson drew the third and final caution of the night on the fourth lap. ... The series heads to West Plains (Mo.) Motor Speedway for a June 21 event.
