Foss outruns Matthees for victory at Tri-Oval

FOUNTAIN CITY, Wis. (July 2) — Polesitter Keith Foss outran fellow Winona, Minn., driver Lance Matthees for a $2,000 victory on the WISSOTA-sanctioned Dart Challenge Series at Tri-Oval Speedway. A.J. Diemel of Navarino, Wis., was third followed by Jake Redetzke of Eau Claire, Wis., and Canadian Joel Cryderman of Thunder Bay, Ontario.
