Beard leads all 30 laps for MSRA victory at Poinsett County

HARRISBURG, Ark. (July 11) — Polesitter Kyle Beard of Trumann, Ark., led all 30 laps at Poinsett County Raceway for a victory on the O'Reilly Mid-South Racing Association. He earned $2,000 in becoming the sixth different MSRA winner of 2008. Dane Dacus of Arlington, Tenn., rallied up to the second spot by lap 20, but he couldn't catch Beard. Jeff Floyd of Walnut Ridge, Ark., finished third, cutting into the points lead of reigning series champion Joey Mack of Benton, Mo., who was 10th.
