Miller tops Gentry for SRRS victory at Duck River

WHEEL, Tenn. (July 19) — Daniel Miller of Shelbyville, Tenn., won a tight duel up front at Duck River Speedway to capture his first victory on the Southern Regional Racing Series. Miller earned $3,000 in outrunning former track champion David Gentry of Lewisburg, Tenn., and reigning SRRS champion Byron Michael of Florence, Ala. Eric Hickerson of Linden, Tenn., and Kelly Hanvey of Cullman, Ala., rounded out the top five. The next SRRS event is scheduled for July 26 at Milan (Tenn.) Speedway.
