PLUMERVILLE, Ark. (Sept. 20) — Jon Mitchell of Texarkana, Texas, won his fourth Arkansas Motorsports Professionals event of the season at Central Arkansas Speedway. Mitchell outran Kyle Beard of Trumann, Ark., and Mike Bowers of North Little Rock, Ark., for the victory.
