Red-hot Lloyd grabs NLMS victory at Brunswick
BRUNSWICK, Ga. (July 4) — Five-time series champion Ivedent Lloyd of Ocala, Fla., won his second straight series event with a victory in the Fourth of July Blowout at Golden Isles Speedway. Lloyd earned $3,000 in following up his second National Late Model Series victory in a row and fourth over the previous four weekends overall.
Johnny Collins of Jacksonville, Fla., finished second followed by fast qualifier David Clegg of Deland, Fla., Dillon Wood of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., and Brandon Dewitt of Morven, Ga.
The next series events are scheduled for July 31 and Aug. 1 in Alabama with races at Penton (Ala.) Raceway and East Alabama Motor Speedway in Phenix City.
