LAVONIA, Ga. (Oct. 18) — Starting outside the front row, Randy Weaver of Crossville, Tenn., jumped to the lead early and led all 50 laps of the Georgia State Championship at Lavonia Speedway. Weaver earned $5,000 for his fourth O'Reilly Southern All Star Racing Series victory of the season and 11th of his career. | Slideshow

Polesitter Chris Madden of Gray Court, S.C., ran second all the way with Jonathan Davenport of Blairsville, Ga., holding the third spot throughout the event, which was postponed a day by rain. Mike Hill of Rockwood, Tenn., Weaver's car owner, was fourth and Chris Ferguson of Mount Holly, N.C., rounded out the top five. Casey Roberts of Toccoa, Ga., rebounded from an early pit stop to finish sixth.
