Ivey earns $3,000 NLMS victory at Golden Isles
BRUNSWICK, Ga. (April 24) — Fourth-starting Tyler Ivey of Tallahassee, Fla., raced to victory at Golden Isles Speedway for a $3,000 payday on the Hedman Hedders National Late Model Series. Sixth-starting Dillon Wood of New Smyna Beach, Fla., finished second ahead of former series champion Ivedent Lloyd Jr. of Ocala., Fla., who was trying to extend a personal streak of five straight weekends with a victory.
Polesitter Bo Allen of Bryceville, Fla., was fourth and Brandon Dewitt of Molven, Ga., rallied from the sixth row for a fifth-place finish at the 4/10-mile oval in southeast Georgia.
