TOCCOA, Ga. (July 13) — David McCoy of Franklin, N.C., earned $1,500 Saturday at Toccoa Speedway for a rain-shortened Southeastern Late Model Sportsman Series victory. McCoy took the checkers ahead of Clayton Turner and Kenny Collins in the 18-lap feature.
