Hogge makes it three straight at Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (May 24) — Bobby Hogge IV of Salinas, Calif., led every lap at Bakersfield Speedway for his third consecutive $3,000 Western Allstars Super Late Model Series victory at the third-mile oval. Hogge raced to a victory over Chris Shannon of Merced, Calif., and Steve Drake of San Luis Obispo, Calif., the previous weekend's Western Allstars winner at Santa Maria Speedway. Mike Johnson of Lompoc, Calif., and hometown driver Brad Pounds, who was piloting Dick Shepherd's No. 22, rounded out the top five. | Slideshow
