Wet grounds on the track’s new clay and forecasts for more rain forced Screven Motor Speedway in Sylvania, Ga., to postpone July 20-21’s 19th annual Rebel Yell.

All the scheduled events will be made up except for Saturday’s Schaeffer's Southern Nationals Series event.

The Rebel Yell shifts to Sept. 8 with the event highlighted by a $7,500-to-win Southern All Stars race with a $5,000-to-win 604 Crate Late Model event and $2,000-to-win Southeastern Sportsman Late Model Series event also on the card with front-wheel drive and street stock divisions.

The scheduled 602 Crate Late Model feature paying $5,000-to-win will be rescheduled for Nov. 17 as part of the two-day Georgia State Outlaw Championships.
