Rain claims Plymouth's Ethanol action
The Sept. 27-28 American Ethanol Late Model Tour-sanctioned Hoosier Autumn Classic at Plymouth (Ind.) Speedway was washed away by rained, cancelling the $12,000-to-win event that included $2,500-to-win qualifying features. The race won't be rescheduled.
Other Sept. 27-29 events hampered by weather:
Senoia Raceway: Saturday's Schaeffer's Fall Nationals event in Senoia, Ga., was rained out and reset for Sunday. Those purchasing DirtonDirt.com's pay-per-view coverage will receive access to watch the makeup program.
Davenport Speedway: Saturday's Deery Brothers Summer Series event was rained out; the event won't be made up.
34 Raceway: Friday’s Deery Brothers Summer Series race at the West Burlington, Iowa, speedway was rained out and will not be rescheduled. The series moves to Davenport (Iowa) Speedway on Saturday to close out the season with the tour’s 500th race.
Thunderbird Speedway: This weekend’s Malvern Bank Cash Money Series event in Muskogee, Okla., was rained out and rescheduled for Oct. 4-5.
