Overnight rain and forecasts for Tuesday thunderstorms forced another postponement of the DIRTcar Summer Nationals event at Peoria Speedway, the track announced this morning. The $5,000-to-win event is rescheduled for July 30. | Complete Summer Nationals coverage

Rain halted the original July 9 program before the Super Late Model consolation race. The July 30 makeup will begin with that consolation followed the Late Model feaure, modified feature and crate modified feature. The track also plans to run features from July 11’s regular-season rainout, including for Super Late Models.
