Forecasts postpone Castrol tour’s opener

The first-year Super Late Model tour's focus shifts to Tri-City Speedway in Granite City, Ill., for March 31's $10,000-to-win that becomes the inaugural event on the 10-race series.
Pit gates open at 2 p.m. at Tri-City and grandstands at 5:30 with the drivers' meeting scheduled for 6 and hot laps at 6:30. Reserved grandstand admission is $35.
