Fastrak's Memorial Day weekend special at Elkins Speedway in Kerens, W.Va., has been postponed because of the tire shortage, the series and track announced. No makeup date for the two-day $5,000-to-win Crate Late Model event was announced. The track plans on having a regular-season event May 28.

• June 4's 602 Bandits event at Waycross (Ga.) Motor Speedway has been postponed to a date to be announced.

• The City Chevrolet Thunder Series has moved its May 29 event at Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, S.C., to June 16. The tour's June 11 event at Winder-Barrow Speedway in Winder, Ga., has also been postponed.
