With overnight midweek temperatures dipping into the 20s, officials have moved up the start times for Thursday and Friday's events for the World of Outlaws World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte in Concord, N.C.

Additionally the Fan Fest party, originally scheduled for Wednesday evening following the time-trial program for the three divisions including the World of Outlaws Case Late Model Series, will be held before the racing action starting at noon with a concert at 1:30 and Race Day Live show at 3 p.m. Wednesday's opening ceremonies remain for 4:45 p.m. with hot laps at 5.

Opening ceremonies for Thursday and Friday will start one hour earlier at 4 p.m. (the Race Day Live Show has been moved up to 2:30 p.m. both days).

Saturday's schedule remains the same with opening ceremonies at 3 p.m.
