What won the race: Inheriting the lead on lap 24, fourth-starting Ricky Greene of Newton, N.C., led the final 16 laps in Sunday's American Crate All-Star Series-sanctioned Pro Late Model Nationals at Wythe Raceway. His first-ever Late Model victory paid $5,000.
Key notes: Still seeking his first career American Crate All-Star feature victory, series point leader Logan Roberson of Waynesboro, Va., finished in the runner-up position, 2.741 seconds behind Greene. ... After leading the first 23 laps from the pole, Brandon Umberger suffered mechanical problems and ended up 11th at his home track. ... Second-starting William Blankenship of McMinnville, Tenn., was running second to Umberger before suffering problems of his own on lap 15 and finished 14th. ... Sunday's feature, the final night of the three-race Labor Day weekend Crystal Cup, was slowed by four separate incidents and lasted 47 minutes with nine competitors completing all 40 laps.
