What won the race: Regaining the lead for good on lap 26, Jon Lee of Mahaffey, Pa., paced the final 10 laps and survived a late-race restart to win Saturday's second annual Spider Barnett Memorial at Hummingbird Speedway, topping the unsanctioned Super Late Model field to win $4,000.
Key notes: Lee led 20 laps overall, one through 10, then laps 26 through 36. ... Leading laps 11 through 25, Colton Flinner of Allison Park, Pa., settled for the runner-up position, 0.562 seconds behind Lee. ... 2021 Hummingbird Speedway track champion, Kenny Schaffer of Du Bois, Pa., finished eighth. ... Saturday's feature, an event that also honors Brad Homan, a track supporter and good friend of Barnett’s who died earlier this year, was slowed by 10 separate incidents and lasted 45 minutes, with 11 competitors completing all 36 laps.
