What won the race: Third-starting Gregg Satterlee of Indiana, Pa., took the lead on lap 22 and paced the final nine circuits at Hagerstown Speedway, winning Sunday's $5,015 Frank Sagi Tribute in unsanctioned Super Late Model competition. Satterlee held off a charging Kyle Hardy in the closing laps, beating him to the line by 3.749 seconds.

It’s one of the best places to race in the country,” Satterlee said. “It’s just so much fun, there’s so many different ways you can run the corners, carry momentum, slow down, just so many options on how you can run through the corners. Track was awesome; it was a fun race.”
Key notes: Satterlee secured his fifth victory of the season and his second at Hagerstown, after topping June's $4,000 Appalachian Mountain Speedweek stop there. ... Tenth-starting Hardy, of Stephens City, Va., settled for the runner-up spot after winning Saturday's $5,015 Junior Boone Memorial at Winchester (Va.) Speedway; Hardy was awarded an additional $500 for backing his win up with a top-five finish. ... Fifth-starting Kyle Lee led laps 11-21 before being overtaken by Satterlee and finishing third. ... 2023 Appalachian Mountain Speedweek champion, Tyler Emory advanced five positions and finished fourth. ... Second-starting Keith Jackson led the first 10 laps before fading to finish fifth. ... Defending Sagi Tribute winner Trever Feathers gained seven spots, finishing seventh. ... Pole-starting Mark Pettyjohn drew the race's final caution when he spun from fifth on lap 13, ending his night. ... Justin Kann stopped on lap 10, triggering the first yellow. … Sunday’s race honors the man who served as track announcer for 39 years. Frank Sagi acted as the voice at many tracks along the East Coast and began following his son, Alan’s racing career after retiring from announcing. Sagi died April 24, 2012 at the age of 78. … Sunday's 16-minute feature saw 15 drivers complete all 30 laps with 16 running at the finish.
