Yoder sped to the $5,000 payday by 4.044 seconds over Cecce, securing his second career Jay's Automotive United Late Model Series victory and his first since Oct. 10, 2014, at McKean County Raceway in East Smethport, Pa.
Key notes: It's Yoder's second overall win of the season after topping June 15's $5,000 Appalachian Mountain Speedweek stop at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pa. ... Seventh-starting Seth Zacharias finished third. ... Series points leader Michael Lake trailed Cecce from laps 3-15 before giving way to Andrew Yoder and slipping to sixth. ... Andrew Yoder, cousin of race winner Dylan, settled for fourth. ... Kevin Smith gained four spots and placed seventh. ... The feature was slowed by two cautions and lasted 15 minutes, with 11 drivers completing the distance and 14 running at the checkers.
On the move: Race winner Dylan Yoder of Selinsgrove, Pa., started sixth.
Winner's sponsors: Yoder's Rocket Chassis has a Miller Racing Engine and sponsorship from Strouse Electric, Broadband Networks, Ingram Fuels and S&R Repair.
