What won the race: Inheriting the lead on lap 49 when race-long leader Joseph Joiner and second-running Wil Herrington got together with a lapped car, Cruz Skinner of Oxford, Ala., led the final two circuits to win Saturday’s Crate Racin’ USA main event at Tri-County Speedway. Skinner earned $3,000 for his first series win of the season.
