Logan Martin takes the checkers at Jackson Motor Speedway
What won the race: Running away to win by 3.627 seconds, series points leader Logan Martin of West Plains, Mo., outran Timothy Culp to for a Comp Cams Super Dirt Series triumph at Jackson Motor Speedway on Saturday. Martin’s second career CCSDS victory paid $3,000.
Key notes: Martin’s previous Comp Cams Series victory came July 26, 2019 at Batesville (Ark.) Motor Speedway. … Fifteen of 20 starters finished with 11 completing 40 laps. … The Comp Cams Super Dirt Series kicked off its two-day weekend with its first visit of 2020 to Jackson Motor Speedway. … Jackson hosted the tour for the sixth time. There’s yet to be a repeat winner.
