What won the race: Polesitter Ricky Weeks of Rutherfordton, N.C., rolled the $1,700 Blue Ridge Outlaw Late Models victory in the Herbert Murray Hall of Fame Race at Lancaster Speedway on Saturday night. He took the checkers 1.891 seconds ahead of Mike Huey.
Key notes: The Blue Ridge Outlaw Late Model Series visited Lancaster for the 12th time in series history. … Lancaster’s Herbert Murray Hall of Fame race was the second night of the series’ doubleheader weekend. … The tour kicked off the weekend Friday at East Lincoln Motor Speedway in Stanley, N.C., where hometown driver Brandon White earned his first BROLMS triumph. ...
