What won the race: Henry Carter of Kite, Ga., led all 50 laps from the pole, winning Saturday's third annual Gene Maine Memorial feature at Needmore Speedway and topping the Crate Racin' USA field for $10,000.
Key notes: Inheriting the second position on lap nine, Clay Harris of Jupiter, Fla., finished in the runner-up position, 1.519 seconds behind Carter. ... After winning the third consolation race, 13th-starting Trynt Lloyd of Jacksonville, Fla., advanced 10 positions and finished third. ... Defending Crate Racin' USA national champion, Jimmy Thomas of Phenix City, Ala., finished fourth. ... Nineteenth-starting Jonah Bozeman of Moultrie, Ga., advanced 12 positions and finished seventh. ...
