Eric Spangler celebrates Saturday's victory at Merritt.
What won the race: Leading all 40 laps Saturday at Merritt Speedway, hometown driver Eric Spangler notched his first Allstar Performance Challenge Series victory of the season. The polesitter earned $4,000 in taking the checkers nearly a full second ahead of runner-up Rusty Schlenk.
