What won the race: Leading all but the first lap, polesitter Gary Brown Jr. of Brandon, S.D., won Friday at Fairmont Raceway for his second victory of the season on the Repairable Vehicles.com Tri-State Series. Brown earned $2,400 in the 20-lapper as he took the checkers 0.452 of a second ahead of Cole Searing. First-lap leader and outside front-row starter Blair Nothdurft finished third.
