Tyler Millwood dominated Senoia for a $3,000 CRUSA victory.
What won the race: Tyler Millwood of Kingston, Ga., led all 40 laps Saturday from outside the front row at Senoia Raceway for a $3,000 Crate Racin' USA Series victory. Millwood ran unchallenged to win by a commanding 3.044 seconds over polesitter Dylan Knowles.
Key notes: Series points leader Mark Whitener moved into third on lap 21 and rounded-out the podium. … After winning a CRUSA stop at Senoia last year, Austin Horton advanced six positions and finished fourth. ... Cody Haskins moved into fifth on lap 24 and completed the top five. ... Reigning series champion Jason Welshan gained three spots and finished eighth. ... Hall of Famer Ronnie Johnson started 15th and finished 10th. ... Fifth-running Matt Dooley pulled off on lap 20, relegating him to finish 23rd. ... Saturday's feature was completed green-to-checkered without incident and lasted 11 minutes, with seven drivers completing all 40 laps. ... Senoia hosts the Schaeffer’s Oil Southern Nationals on July 20.
