Brett Swedberg races to victory at Langlade County Speedway.
What won the race: Second-starting Brett Swedberg of Shawano, Wis., topped the 22-car field to win Friday's 25-lap, $2,500 King of the Fair feature at Langlade County Speedway, grabbing his second career Wabam Dirt Kings Tour victory and his first since Sept. 17, 2022, at Outagamie Speedway in Seymour, Wis.
Key notes: Swedberg secured his third overall triumph of the season after topping local fields on April 27 and May 4 at his home track of Shawano Speedway. ... Fifth-starting Taylor Scheffler improved three positions to finish second. ... Six-time series champ Nick Anvelink gained six spots and rounded out the podium. ... Pole-starting Lukas Postl slipped to finish fourth. ... It was the series debut at the Antigo, Wis., half-mile, ran in conjunction with the Langlade County Fair.
