What won the race: Overtaking race-long pacesetter Jason Feger on a lap-20 restart, fourth-starting Ryan Unzicker of El Paso, Ill., cruised to win Saturday’s 30-lap MARS Late Model Championship Series stop at Red Hill Raceway. Unzicker bagged $5,000 for his fourth MARS victory of the season and the 11th of his career.

Quotable: “Jason (Feger) set a pretty torrid pace there at the beginning. I knew I had a pretty good pace, but honestly, I knew it was gonna be tough to beat him,” Unzicker said. “I just got lucky on the restart, he pushed up a little bit and (my) car was good enough to get underneath.”

Key notes: Second-starting Jason Feger, also a four-time series winner this season, settled for second, 0.651 of a second back after leading the opening 20 laps. ...
