What won the race: Doubling down in the inaugural Dixie Crate Nationals, Michael Page of Douglasville, Ga., added his second win of the night at Dixie Speedway on Saturday with a $12,000 triumph in the 604 Crate Late Model feature. The victory increased Page’s nightly earnings to $22,000 after winning the 602 portion.
Key notes: Page powered ahead of pole-starting Jason Welshan on lap 28 and paced the remainder of the 50-lapper. … Fifth-starting Pearson Lee Williams of Dublin, Ga., retired on lap 15. … Will Roland, January's Crate Racin' USA Winter Shootout Series champ, improved nine positions and placed fourth. ...
