What won the race: Sixth-starting Michael Norris rolled to his second Jay’s Automotive United Late Model Series victory of the season in Saturday’s Steel City Stampede at Lernerville Speedway. The hometown pilot outran pole-starting Ryan Montgomery to claim the $4,000 payday in the 30-lap event that also served as the Ken Schaltenbrand Sr. Memorial.
Key notes: Norris, who also claimed the track championship at his home track, recorded his eighth win of 2024 at Lernerville and his 10th career ULMS victory. … Norris captured the Steel City Stampede for the third time in the last four years. ...
