'Billy Bob' Carrier earns $5,000 at Brushcreek

PEEBLES, Ohio (Oct. 4) — Eddie Carrier Jr. of Salt Rock, W.Va., earned $5,000 for his flag-to-flag victory in the unsanctioned Billy Bob 40 in the final race of the season at Bruschcreek Motorsports Complex. Carrier survived a lap-16 scrape with a lapped car en route to the caution-plagued victory. Delmas Conley of Wheelersburg, Ohio, finished second while Tim Dohm of Cross Lanes, W.Va., rallied after being charged with a lap-eight yellow flag to finish third. Andy Bond of Coolville, Ohio, was fourth and Mike Wilson of Circleville, Ohio, rounded out the top five. Donnie Moran of Dresden, Ohio, ran as high as third and finished seventh.
