Burroughs outguns Ragan at North Alabama
TUSCUMBIA, Ala. (June 26) — Anthony Burroughs of Muscle Shoals, Ala., became the fourth winner in four Bama Super Series events with a victory Friday at North Alabama Speedway. Burroughs outran Chris Ragan of Ramer, Tenn., for the $2,000 victory. | Slideshow
Daniel Miller of Shelbyville, Tenn., was third followed by Billy Moyer Jr. of Batesville, Ark., and Tony Knowles of Tyrone, Ga., on the first-year tour.
Notes: Burroughs drives the BHL Motorsports No. 121, a MasterSbilt Race Car with a Wall 2 Wall engine and sponsorship from Mississippi One-Call System, Stuckey Enterprises, ABC Cash Register and Greene's Vinyl Products. ... The victory is the third overall of 2009 for Burroughs; he has regular-season victories at North Alabama on May 8 and at Camden (Tenn.) Speedway on May 22. ...
