Ragan rules Moulton for second miniseries win
MOULTON, Ala. (June 27) — Chris Ragan of Ramer, Tenn., became the first two-time winner on the Bama Super Series with a victory at Moulton Speedway. Ragan earned $3,000 as the first year miniseries reached its halfway point.
Anthony Burroughs of Muscle Shoals, Ala., the previous night's winner at North Alabama Speedway, was second followed by Billy Moyer Jr. of Batesville, Ark. Brandon King of Decatur, Ala., and Jay Brinkley of Shelbyville, Tenn., rounded out the top five. Daniel Miller of Shelbyville, who picked up a $500 bonus for setting fast time, finished 19th.
