Dad's car lifts Blair to Pittsburgh victory
IMPERIAL, Pa. (July 25) — Rebounding after a flip in a Friday night accident, Max Blair of Centerville, Pa., used his father Rob's backup car to race to a Fastrak Northeast touring victory Saturday at Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway. Blair outran Mike Pegher Jr. of Wexford, Pa., and David Scott of Garland, Pa., in his first-ever race at PPMS, leading all 25 laps to earn $1,200. Polesitter Joe Martin spun on the first lap and finished last.
